Engaged Scholars Academy

Engaged Scholars Academy

In support of the university land-grant mission, the Office of Outreach and Engagement works to support robust, mutually beneficial and effective partnerships between the university and community. The Engaged Scholars Academy has been created to develop engaged scholars at Ohio State.

The Engaged Scholars Academy is a one-year, cohort-based leadership and professional development initiative that supports faculty at the ranks of assistant and associate professor in strengthening their engaged scholarship. A maximum of 12 faculty will be selected to participate in the inaugural cohort.

Please fill out the application and submit as a PDF. Applications are due to Assistant Vice Provost Nicole Nieto at nieto.12@osu.edu by March 24. You must have a letter of support from your department chair. These letters should be sent directly to Nicole Nieto via email.
