Ohio State Energy Partners has provided more than $800,000 to programs through its 2021-22 philanthropic awards. The awards provide funding for proposals that align with Ohio States sustainability goals and support the continuation of successful initiatives or the development/implementation of new programs or research projects that continue the trajectory of meeting the goals. As part of its commitment to academic collaboration, OSEP contributes $810,000 annually to the university or affiliated philanthropic causes.Read more
Valarie Williams, professor of Dance, has been named a faculty fellow in the Office of Outreach and Engagement. In this role, she will be coordinating and leading the universitys efforts to complete and submit its Carnegie Classification for Community Engagement application. As a professor of Dance, Williams collaborates on artistic projects producing critical conversations connecting scholarship in the arts with solutions for global societal change.Read more
The Office of Outreach and Engagement invites individuals to come together as a community of practice to share resources, ideas, impact, and expertise related to STEM-based outreach and engagement programs, focused on youth, adult, and community participants. The overall goal of the community of practice is to provide opportunities for individuals to come together to build collaborations and learn from each other.
