Engagement Scholarship Travel Support
The Offices of Service-Learning, Outreach and Engagement, and Research are offering funding for Ohio State University faculty, staff and students to attend workshops and conferences that build capacity for advancing the scholarship of engagement in teaching and research activities.
Funding is available for faculty, staff and student travel to present work on the scholarship of engagement highlighted in their teaching and research activities. Individual presenters may receive up to $1,000 and teams of two or more presenters (including community partners) may receive up to $2,000.

Each applicant is required to provide a 25% cash match of the amount being requested.
Completed applications must be submitted as a single PDF document to email@example.com, not later than 60 days in advance of the date travel is to begin.
Engagement Scholarship Consortium Conference, Birmingham, Alabama, Sept. 26-27 - deadline for proposal submissions is March 15.
Summer Intensive on Community Engaged Scholarship hosted by Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, June 5-9 - application deadline is April 7.
